Comrades,

Congress has made it official that “DISPLAY OF FLAG ON NATIONAL VIETNAM WAR VETERANS DAY,” as per the Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act of 2017 which passed yesterday by both the House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.  Basically it is to encourage everyone to fly the American Flag on that day just as it does for Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, 4th of July and others.  (SEE ATTACHMENT)
