8am – 4:30pm M-F. For homeless and other veterans with mental health problems or substance abuse problems. Provides psychological and psychiatric health-exams, treatment, referrals to appropriate VA and community agencies. Also housing referrals (transitional and long-term), access to government surplus clothing.
