Xerox is now hiring inbound customer service representatives in Federal Way—10 dollars per hours with achievement based compensation with full benefits and paid time off. You will be permanent from day 1 with full time hours. Some of the job responsibilities include handling and resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with product and service information, processing orders, forms, and applications, identifying and escalating customer issues, as well as handling billing questions. Some of the skills and experience required for this include customer service, problem solving, and attention to detail, positive dynamic personality, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, typing skills of 22 wpm or more. Ability to navigate a Windows environment, 6 months or more experience in a customer service environment preferred, ability to demonstrate continuous work history, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to successfully pass background and drug screen.
